Stemless Chilli all varieties of chilli can be processed .This process is basically removal of the stem manually from the Chilli . This is a very laborious process . Outputs on the various varieties of Chilli are S17 Chilli - Desteming approx 10kg/ 8 hr shift / per labour, S4 Chilli - Destemming approx 18kg / 8hr shift / per labour and S27 Chilli - Desteming approx 25kg /8hr shit /per labour.
