- Another Pungent variety ,a supplement for S17 variety dried red chilli . Bright Red Pods which comes with the stem cut ,it is a peculiar practice by farmers in this region.

- Scoville Heat Unit - 50000 / 60000 SHU.
- ASTA - colour value would range between 60 to 80 ASTA.
- S12 variety crop size is roughly a 50,000 MT.
